Becoming Fearless Because It Sucks To Live In Fear

We can die at any moment in our lives. We’re not living if we try to prevent every single potential cause for death.

With the coronavirus getting more widespread, people are becoming extremely fearful.

It hit Canada today and the people around me can’t stop worrying about contracting the virus.

I was at my part-time job today and my boss was running around putting up boards telling sick students not to come into class and put sanitizer everywhere.

The whole time, my co-workers were all talking about the virus and how they could contract it at any time.

They even talked about how I could have it since I came back from China about a month ago.

Yes, it is a virus with no cure becoming increasingly widespread with fatalities increasing, but I could only think about how easy it is to get wiped off the face of the Earth from other methods.

Car crashes, shootings, choking on food, other diseases, etc., are still just as or often more deadly.

Humanity has survived a bunch of other global disasters such as the Black Death, World War I and II, and more.

So, I do believe humanity can survive the coronavirus too.
