I don’t know about you, but I can’t stand getting sick.

You know why?

Well, one, it just feels terrible. I’m coughing, I can hardly breathe, sometimes I puke, and I just have no energy.

Without any energy, I get nothing done. All I can do is lie in bed and watch videos.

Negative feelings build up when I’m unable to do anything and my illness just gets worse.

Eventually, my body heals, but it always takes at least a week.

I noticed a pattern of all my colds and illnesses.

Sometimes when I get stressed, I get sick.

Your Body Cannot Survive On Negative Energy

I’m way more prone to getting sick when I’m stressed, sad, or depressed.

Additionally, if I do get sick while I’m dealing with tough emotions, the sickness is usually more deadly and lasts for a longer time.

I remember back in October 2019, my ex-girlfriend broke up with me.

I was already feeling pretty bad because of school and my parents and the break up was the nail in the coffin.

I got one of the worst illnesses I ever had.
