…and the huge sales lesson I learned.
I talked a lot about saving money and being resourceful and how I was never going to spend any money unnecessarily until I profited double what was lost through expenses with my current businesses and blogs.
Well, that plan lasted less than a few weeks…
I got drawn into my shiny object syndrome and purchased Tom Kuegler’s Medium Mastery course after reading a blog post on how somebody made a couple of dollars within her first few weeks of writing on Medium only producing two blog posts per week.

When I first read that blog post on her results, I was shocked.
I had been writing on Medium for a few months now and I’ve been writing daily.
Yet, I’ve only earned a few cents while she was already earning dollars.
I know, as I have written in other posts, I had to stop comparing myself to others all the time.
