I Doubled My Income Within Two Days On Medium
The earnings are basically non-existent, but it matters a lot that it happened.
A few days ago, I made a post talking about how I bought Tom Kuegler’s Medium Mastery course.
After buying the course, I jumped right into it, excited about what I could learn about Medium.
One of the first things Tom tells us to do is to follow around 50–125 Medium members every day.
The reason for doing so, is because a certain number of those members will follow you back and thus, your reach will grow.
It’s exactly the same as the follow/unfollow strategy used on Instagram.
I had never thought about following other members on Medium for some reason, so my follower number was always zero.
After acting on Tom’s advice, my income instantly doubled.
I went from earning $0.14 in January to $0.31 on February 13.
Okay, a few cents. I can’t do anything with a few cents nowadays but stick with me.
February hasn’t even ended yet. We’re just reaching half-way through.
I just started Tom’s course and only published one post actually using a template Tom created.
