One Little Tip To Help You Build Healthy Habits
What do you want to be able to do? Wake up at 5 AM to run every morning? Read 1 hour every day? Write a blog post every day?
I already talked about how disciplining yourself and making good habits are the key to success, but I never really went in deep on how to make these good habits.
Today, I want to go deeper on this topic, specifically on this one little tip that I found which could have an insane amount of impact on your ability to change yourself.
A few days ago, I installed an app called Fabulous.
This is an app that helps you build new habits through scientific methods. Their YouTube ad really caught my attention as I was in a period of changing myself already.
I opened up this app and got myself set-up.
One of the first things it wanted me to do was to drink water every day when I wake up.
Makes sense. Building small habits one step at a time is the key to success.
But what I found particularly interesting was a letter that I had to read and the tips that it contained.
To make the act of drinking water in the morning easier, you should put a full water bottle next to your bed so when you wake up, the water is right there.
