The credibility and data you gain making paid ads a lot easier to run.

When I was dropshipping before, I was quitting stores within months.

I set up a store, put a few products on it, ran some ads, and when it didn’t work, I stopped everything and closed the entire store.

I lost a few thousand dollars that I really didn’t have dropshipping.

A few months later, I found Wealthy Affiliate and stumbled upon something completely brand new.

I didn’t know you could get traffic to a website for free and build a profitable site without ads.

I was hooked.

Immediately, I found a niche, badminton, and I started on the Wealthy Affiliate training right away.

I was writing and going through the course like crazy. I was at almost two blog posts per day at the time.

But I lost motivation.

Over time, I didn’t see any quick gains, school came along, and I was only writing about once every month.

I was sentimental and emotionally attached to my site, though. I didn’t want to delete Get Good At Badminton because I had already spent so much time writing compared to my dropshipping sites where I barely put any work in.
